Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a hunting license?
Yes, you will need a valid Georgia hunting license based on the wildlife you plan to hunt. Visit Georgia Department of Wildlife for more information or you can purchase on site from our guide prior to hunt start.

What time should I arrive?
You should plan to arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to your event start time.
What should I wear?
Please dress appropriately for the weather and the type of hunting experience you have booked.
All upland bird hunts require a bright orange hunting vest and safety glasses for visibility and safety reasons.
We recommend heavy duty waterproof boots or footwear as the terrain may be muddy or rough.

Can I bring a friend?
This will depend on the size of the group and the event that has been booked and must be approved by the hunt guide prior to the day of the event.
All guests, whether actively participating in the event or just attending, are required to sign a hold harmless agreement prior to the event start.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No minors under the age of 12 are permitted on hunt due to safety reasons.
Can I bring my own dogs?
Based on availability, we do offer self-guided hunts for continuing dog training. Please reach out to us directly for more information and availability.
We do not allow guest dogs on guided hunts unless approved by guide prior to day of hunt.
What caliber guns are allowed?
20, 28, and 410 gauge are allowed.
No 12 or 16 gauge will be allowed.
No semi-automatic are allowed.
Only 7.5 shot shells or smaller are allowed. Please bring appropriate amount based on your booked hunts.
Are meals and beverages provided?
Coffee and water are always complimentary and available!
Meals are only provided for package hunt sales. Please reach out to us for catering requests or specific questions.
